This Privacy Policy applies to the Zephyr Studios mobile application (the “Application”) developed by Zephyr Studios (the “Service Provider”).
The Application is provided as a freemium service and is intended to be used as-is.
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not require users to create an account, log in, or provide personal information such as their name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
The Application stores game save data and settings locally on the user’s device. The Service Provider does not operate a server that stores users’ game save data or maintains user accounts or player profiles.
However, the Application uses third-party services, including advertising and related services, that may automatically collect certain information from the device and Application.
Depending on the services enabled in the Application, this information may include:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Approximate location derived from IP address
- Device or advertising identifiers
- Application interactions, such as application launches, taps, and video views
- Diagnostic and performance information
- Information related to advertisements displayed or interacted with
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share information such as IP addresses, user interactions, diagnostic information, and device or advertising identifiers for purposes including advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
The Application does not intentionally collect precise location information.
The Service Provider does not directly collect or maintain advertising, analytics, or diagnostic information on its own servers unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy. Such information may nevertheless be collected and processed by third-party service providers integrated into the Application.
Advertising and Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services to provide advertising, analytics, mediation, security, and other functionality.
These services may collect and process information from the Application or device in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
The Application may use:
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob
- AdMob mediation partners
- Unity services or SDKs, where applicable
- Other third-party advertising or mediation services, where applicable
Third-party advertising and mediation providers may receive information such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, application interactions, diagnostic information, and advertising-related information.
These providers may use information for purposes including:
- Providing and displaying advertisements
- Measuring advertising performance
- Analytics and reporting
- Fraud prevention
- Security
- Compliance with applicable laws and policies
The privacy practices of these third-party providers are governed by their respective privacy policies.
Data Sharing
The Service Provider does not sell personal information directly.
Information may be transmitted to third-party service providers when necessary to provide advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, or other functionality used by the Application.
The Service Provider may also disclose information:

- When reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Service Provider, users, or others;

Data Retention and Deletion
Game save data and settings created by the Application are stored locally on the user’s device. The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side copy of this local game data.
Users can delete locally stored Application data by clearing the Application’s data through their device’s operating-system settings or by uninstalling the Application.
Information collected by third-party advertising, analytics, or other service providers is retained and handled according to those providers’ respective privacy policies and retention practices.
Because the Application does not provide user accounts or maintain server-side player profiles, the Service Provider does not maintain a user account database from which users can request deletion.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed toward children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that it has directly collected personal information from a child under 13, it will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information directly to the Service Provider may contact us using the information provided below.
Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect information handled directly by the Application.
Data transmitted by third-party services integrated into the Application may be protected using encryption in transit, such as HTTPS/TLS.
Because the Application relies on third-party services, the security practices of those services are also governed by their respective policies and security measures.
Your Choices
Users may control certain advertising and privacy settings through their device’s operating-system settings and, where applicable, through consent or privacy controls provided by the Application or its advertising providers.
Users may delete locally stored Application data by clearing the Application’s data through their device’s operating-system settings or by uninstalling the Application.
Users may also manage advertising personalization through available settings provided by their device or the relevant advertising provider.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted at this location with a revised Effective Date.
Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
